I had placed an order from Shopping.indiatimes.com on 9 th November 2012 for (Sony playstation 3 super slim 500gb model) I have ordered 2 Quantities of it. But while on delivery they just shipped only one item instead of two. I did call the customer care and asked them about this. They said me that it wont be any problem you can accept the parcel. And we will register a PARTIAL DELIVERY case so that your missing quantity will be sent back soon… I also took the Video recording of the parcel they sent to me . I also have the telephone and the contact number of the person who have delivered the item to me… They said the maximum resolution time would be DEC 5th 2012 and today is January 10 2013. Its been more than 2 and half months sir and no resolution still . I have made repeated calls to the customer care asking about the partial delivery . They just keep on saying that the case manager is following your complaint and he will call you in next 24 hours . He has never telephoned me . Its been more than 50 times they say the same thing that the case manager will call you . Its been more than a 2 months and still they are not finding the solution nor refunding my money for the item not delivered . I had made so much telephone calls to them . They are taking no measures to refund or solve my problem . And more over the phone they do not answer properly . when ever i ask the reason for delay they repeatedly say that Merchant is not answering. This is completely cheat. My blood pressure becomes high and im started getting frequent headache because of several phone calls repeated to them . I have been in so much depression that i had to take medication. I request you to help me claim my money back from them. I will give you the purchase details below
