I duly placed an order of B1065800 - Verbatim Store 'n' Go USB 3.0
Portable 2.5 Inch 500 GB External Hard
Drive (Black) with India times shopping.com on 20/09/2012. The company assured me the delivery of product latest by 30/09/2013. On 30/09/2013 i made a call and on conversation with the customer care executive he told me that my order has been cancelled due to non availability of product. On 01/10/2013 i received a call from the co.saying that my refund will be granted to me within 5-10 days. On 08/10/2013 i made a call to them as i didn't received my refund,they informed me that within 24 hours i will get my refund. After 48 hours i made a call to them and Miss Komal (supervisor) and Mr. Vaibhav (subordinate) replied me that they have refunded my amount. On their advise i uploaded my account statement to them which clearly showed that i had not received my refund. On making several calls later every time management gave me vague explanations about my refund and seems to be irresponsible as they disconnects my phone call during the conversation and they are least bothered in communicating on their own end.
The order no is 3002681056. I have payment receipt with me.
