I had bought a Samsung galaxy Tab 2 from Indiatimes shopping website on the 19-Nov-12 with order no. 3001681792, payment mode credit card, Amount Rs 16405

They have given me the courier details of my shipment through First Fight but till now the shipment is showing as in transit in the website www.firstflight.net. My shipment number is (D48644779)

I tried calling up firstflight but there is no response I have even mailed them but there is no reply from there end also.

In-spite of repeatedly calling the customer care of Indiatimes there are giving me the answer that my case manager will call me by 24 to 48 hours but nobody calls up and till date I am facing the same problem. I have even mailed them several times but there is no reply.

Its been more than a month and till date i have not received the product.
