I ordered Gionee e7 mobile and Received it March 04,2014 ,order #3003075869.
I found the Seal was broken and there was no stamp on the warranty card as well .
So i complaint about it through mail with all the screen shots On 3/6/2014 5:49 PM and Complaint # 1303563.
So they send for the Reverse pick up of the product after waiting for long 20 days,The Pick up recipt no is 10115489875.
After that its been 70 days i am hearing that the new product will be resend this week but that week never comes.
Everytime i call the customer care or mail to them , I am getting the False assurance.
So its been more than 2 months i am suffering this pain after choosing the INDIATIMES Shopping.
Please let me know what needs to be done next to get my money back / new Product.
