I have ordered a Lenovo S820 phone from indiatimes shopping site, as per the description which is mentioned in the site is 8 GB internal memory details

But when i received the product i got to know that the product they have shipped is 4 GB internal memory product not the 8 GB product, so same day i have informed the indiatimes shopping customer center that i have received the wrong product and they logged a compliant for it as... Complaint ID: 1201386
Then they asked me to confirm it from the Lenovo Customer Care which i have confirmed to Indiatimes shopping customer care, then they asked to send the picture of the Phone box cover and the phone pics to check the condition which i clearly told then that as this is a wrong shipment i am not using this phone. After sending the box and phone pics then they asked to send the phone memory screen shot which also i have sent to them. To do this process indiatime customer care will never call you, i have spend 100's of rupee on std and talk to them on daily basis to get an update.
Even after doing all this they are still not ready to replace the product and they are not giving any answer.
I request the officials here to take this seriously and please help in replacing or refunding the amount from Indiatime shopping site.
I been shopping online for more than 3 to 4 years but never ever faced this kind of issue.
