In March 2010 I had purchased a 1GB gaming device for about Rs 3000.00 which also had camera and FM Radio. When the product came it was a very shoddy kind of packing with no instruction book or CD for the games and NO FM radio at all.
I immediately called and asked to return the product and give me refund. Indiatimes complied and got the product returned but instead of giving me my money they sent the same product again. Later in one of the exchanges the courier package was valued at about Rs 800.
I lodged a complaint once again and the same story was repeated.
Now this is the third time they have done it again. They have confirmed me last time on 21st July 2010 that my order has been cancelled and refund is being processed. Again on phone enquiry I was told that the refund is not possible. This is a clear case of cheating. I never expected this with a big name like indiatimes. Can you help in getting me my money back.
Regards
Sanjay
