I ordered a Tablet computer from Indiatimes shopping on 30th April 2013 vide Order No. 3002269008. Full payment was made thru internet banking. The product is never shipped. They keep saying that the item will be shipped soon. They proceeded to give me an Air Waybill No. from Bluedart. I contacted Bluedart and they said that Bill No. never existed !. I requested for cancellation and full refund. Indiatimes informed me that once placed the order cannot be canclled. Today is 19th May 2013. I am still awaiting my order !!!
