This is in reference to Case id 1379765. I have ordered Nokia 225 on 17th May and I when I got delivery there was no mobile set present in the box. I immediately complained about the same to customer care. Till today I have made numerous calls to customer care and the answer is they are looking into it with no conclusion. Its close to a month now, it is really disappointing that a decision is taking that long and I am bearing agony for the same. I have 70 year old person and have to face this harassment of no fault of mine. Please look into this issue ASAP.
