Indiatimes Shopping - I received a damaged product but not replaced with a new one as per agreement

Order No:3001788698 and case ID is 578656.

I received a damaged material on 17.12.2012 and the same day within two hours I lodged a complaint about this with customer care service representative. On their advise, I sent the snapshots on 18.12.2012 and called on to the representatives several times and contacted chat online services also many times. Every time I met with a new person or name and explained everything about the incident and got their verbal assurance to retake the material and to provide with a new one. Even after 17 days, nothing is being done. I have called them so many times to got the assurance of contacting me within two days of query from the resolution manager. But seventeen days passed. None from the indiatimes shopping have called me to clear their views. Neither they have collected the damaged product nor informed me about the action plan to replace the damaged product. Now, they have started not to connect with me through online chat also. If I make a call from my registered mobile, they are not picking my call.

pl help me in solving the embarassment of purchasing from indiatimes shopping online.
