I have ordered a product from indiatimes shopping,its details are as follows:
order no. -3001062954 order date -Apr 4, 2012 Product name- Micromax Q5c
I received it on date Apr 9 ,2012.
When i opened the box i found that the mobile is damaged and its battery is severely damage and used,also the product description was not matching with the phone specification given on their site.
I filed the complaint on their customer care (case ID 186293) on the same day.
I got reply from their side on the next day that they will replace only the damage part and also said me that its not their mistake that phone description not matching with the phone.Then they directed me to send them screenshot of damaged parts.
I did the same two times.After this i called them many times and every time they said to wait,but now its more than a month and their is no reply from their side and also no sign of product replacement.
Indiatimes if the worst online shopping store. i had returned air cushioned sofa on feb 13 and have spoken to them 20times and emailed 30 times -every time they say they will sort out the matter in 48 working hours -Apart from this excess payment of rs 997 is to be refunded - have spent more than Rs 1500 on STD calling this useless organisation -When Arnab goswami shouts daily in Times channel as though Times is champion of Truth and fairness - my heart buns -my curses know NO boundries-

I didn't got the refund but indiatimes shopping issued me a gift coupon worth of 700 against the damage battery.Thank you indiatimes and also icomplaints.in .
