I have ordered one Toshiba LCD TV from "INDIATIMES SHOPPING" on 14 Jul 2012 with order id #3001269268. I got this product on 25 jul 2012.
The product was a DEAD one. It was not even in a state to SWITCH ON.I have raised the complaint on the SAME DAY itself for the cancellation of the order... case id is 332885.
I have contacted Toshiba Customer care Jammu, and one service engineer came to my home and he declared that the product a DEAD one.
Without informing me they have closed this case and opened another one because they couldn't solve my issue within their stipulated time.
Today is 17 Nov 2012 (4 months over).
After giving so many false promises over phone too
till date the order is not cancelled . They are telling that they have tried to call me on my mobile and they couldn't make it as I was not reachable!!!!
If I was not there on my mobile they should have sent some mails or sms to me...
Is calling on mobile is the only option for
communication. ?
What I need to cancel this order and get my money back..
