I am PRADEEP KUMAR PRADHAN staying at b-46 2nd floor pandav nagar ganesh nagar complex as a tenant since last 4+ years .From the very beginning i am getting wrong water bills from my flat owner shiv chander rai.just 2 days back he has given a bill showinq water meter reading 202 by considering bill upto september 2013,where as today dtd-29/11/2013 in my meter 160,but in the meter bill it is writeen second floor wcn no-86214, where as report -5566 of new meter installed for third floor wcn no-86214 on dtd-03/05/2012.So there is a mistake from old wcn number in another floor ,on this basis flat owner giving me previously some other floors water bill .So i am in confusion which bill payment i have to do.
It is my sincere request to clarify my problem for the payment of bill
