delhi Jal Board - no water supply for the last three days in our areas

It has become a regular affair of DJB not to supply water on regular basis. We are not receiving water for the last three days. Earlier last week we complained about stinking dirty water. some one came & took the sample after that ther is no response.
say if we are not paying the bill or we are not human being & do not deserve regular supply of water.
we feel that there is some disparity in service which is highly irregular & unacceptable.
Complainant's Goal: we wish to get normal standard supply of regular water.
Complainant's Target: delhi Jal Board
