My order number is ********.I have ordered Philips IN-MMS4040F 2.1 channel multimedia speaker on 25thoct2015 and on 31stoct2015 i recieved Philips IN-DSP2800/94 product which is not only cheaper in price than the product which i ordered but also damaged.Wrong and damaged product delivered by shopclues and not picking up product and not refunding my money
Shopclues is a fraud,maipulates,third grade company. .Shopclues has delivered me wrong and damaged product.I have raised return request on 31st october 2015 the moment i recieved the product.I have uploaded all the pics of damaged product on website and after following for 8 days my request return got approved.They are updating wrong information about courier boy and not giving customer any details about the courirer.When i contacted the merchant, offer and you from delhi ,lady called tanya she said everything in warehouse is collected by shopclues.If shopclues returns me the product i will take it back,Later they called first flight courier md called sabrawal from delhi saying that he has changed the product.Courier boy contacted me saying if shopclues will arrange the pickup i will come today and pick the product from you.From this you can conclude what a big fraud shopclues is.Shopclues is fooling me around 20 days, today is 18nov it is not refunding my money and not ready to arrange reverse pickup for the product.Customer care has been tought only two words wait for 48 hrs ad it will take 6 days to pickup which goes on increasing day by day but they will not help customer. shopclues is using customers hard earned money for its profit.
shopclues is not following its own guidelines in return which it promises to happen on its website.
