Hi
Today i went to bangalore city railway station for board Lalbagh express to Chennai which is scheduled for departure at 6:30 AM. I anticipated the Que at station went there & stood stood in the Que at 5:30 AM along with fellow passengers of around 500 - 800 people. they were around 6-8 trains for departure in the morning still there were only 3 ticketing counters opened. After lot of suffering & frastration, when i reached the ticketing counter i was around 6:30 AM and i missed the train.
In what way this is service to public by railway adminstration. I believe atleast 30% people who stood patiently in the Que would have missed their trains.
Condition of women & elderly was wrose.
When i questioned the nearest railway personnel & enquiry...without any suprise i got rudest & disrespect answer.
Please Please ... stop this inhuman treatment of public....
Railway services provided to public are 20 years old. People growed but not the services...
I beg indian railway to improve the services to public, improve the number of ticketing counter as per number of people
