Uniconnect is the most crappy company when it comes to customer services. Their so called toll free numbers or customer care numbers, will never be reached when you need them the most.. I was trying to get in touch at all the mentioned numbers for more than 2 hours since my sim card just stopped working all of sudden in Germany. And i could just never get through the numbers. Horrible experience.
