Warranty Bazaar are not responding to my complaint

I've purchased an extended warranty pack from Warranty Bazaar‎ is a business unit of "Aegean Infotech Pvt. Ltd." based at A-101, Sector-63, Noida.

The price of the pack was 5200/- INR. As everything go OK. My warranty pack start after a health check-up of my laptop. I was given all the necessary documents by the company which states that warranty has already started from 26th July.

But on 13th August, I've complained about the heating issue of my laptop. But it's been more than 15 days and still my problem is unresolved. I've mailed the issue to every E-Mail ID given by Warranty Bazaar and Aegean Infotech. But they didn't reply.
