my laptop is not working properly.Cooling pad is not functioning.This results in thermal shutdown.I m having Laptop of HP of g series.Serial number 4CD2067RRV.Please repair it as early as u can.

Complainant's Goal: I want servicing of my laptop to be done at the earliest or refund money.
