TATA Indicom - Unsubscribe from DIVE-IN-WAP Service

Hi..My Tata Indicom phone number is +91-92452 25167. For the past 6 months, there has been a deduction of Rs. 19/- per month from my account balance toward the DIVE-IN-WAP service. I have not subscribed for this feature, yet it automatically deducts the amount from my balance. I have contacted the customer care to unsubscribe this feature, but they became helpless.

I hope this complaint board will take this request to the concerned department and help me to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

I am getting unauthorised flash messages of MY-DIVE-IN-PLANET on my Tata Indicom(Delhi) mobile no. ********23.These messages prompt me to download obscene wallpapers, ringtones etc.These messages are coming every few minutes on my CDMA mobile.I have been fed up of this.I have talked to the customer care representatives, but they do not have any solution for this.Please deactivate this unauthorised application on my mobile or I will end up using your services.
