I had purchased a first class season pass from jogeshwari Station on 12/5/2015.The counter staff has given pass frm andheri to santacruz of Rs. 915.whereas I wanted frm Jogeshwari to Santacruz, when I complained to jogeshwari supritendent. The most irresposible answer is given to me is we can not rectify the mistake beyond three hours and suggesion given was to take one more pass from jogeshwari to Andheri which will cost me rs. 915. Thus Westen Railway wants me to give double amount for jog - andheri and andheri to santacruz pass.
