dear sir,
we booked a bike, bearing the bike number AP 05 BD 1888, on 28th april, 2010: LR NUMBER IS X347135 from kakinada town to kalyani(mumbai) in BHAVANAGAR EXPRESS(7204). in kalyani station, the luggage bhogi door does not opened.Because of that, the bike was delivered to BHAVANAGAR station.and then they send that bike to KAKINADA town station ON 03.05.10 . again they returned ON 06th of MAY from kakinada town station to kalyani mumbai in (bhavanagar express ). but in hyderabad they sealed directly to BHAVANAGAR station.SO, we are NOT YET RECEIVED OUR BIKE. we already complained at KALYANI STATION, PARCEL OFFICER.They informed to bhavanagar station parcel service authorities,but they dont send any information about our bike. if they dont respond with this complaint, we ready to approach legally to consumer readdressal forum also.
PLEASE KINDLY DELIVER OUR BIKE AT KALYANI STATION(MUMBAI) AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
