I am P.G.V.Ramesh, CutomerID : 3009104417 ( mobile no: ********47). On 6/4/12 I have called your customer care centre for deletion of a channel and inclusion of channel.. I want to delete NDTV Profit ( ch no:305) and include Bloomberg-UTVi ( ch no.306).. That was done by that executive and i was told that it was free of charge as you are la carte package holder... I thought thier was some offer for few days and logged through my personal customerid to your website...
on viweing few packages. .. It shows as star movies HD, Movies Now HD, Moviesnow SD and IPLmaxHD as channels of Rs 0.00 charges.. i have added those channels to my subscription packs...At the time confirmation of addition it showed charges will be Rs0.00...
After few minutes i have deleted Moviesnow SD from the package as Movies NOw HD is subscribed..

It was promised as RS 0.00 as charges for these channels but amount of above RS 170.00 has been debited form my account Cust ID: 3009104417.. I immediately called customer care center lodged complaint within half an hour of above events... I was informed that it was the mistake at their end and complaint has been recorded , and you will receive a call within half an hour from representative...The whole day I didn't receive any calls from airtel... In the evening i made a call to customer care center inquired about that..asked me to wait for the call...till now i didn't receive any call.. How you have deducted the money directly from the account the whole amount of RS 170 within few seconds as all other subscriptions was effective through daily burn rate... ( if that is case how come no amount cut for inclusion bloomberg-utvi)

kindly rectify the problem and redeem the amount deducted(Rs170 and above) back to account by removing the channels IPL max HD, Star movies HD, Movies now HD from my package..



Today morning i have called airtel customer care dth, I was told money will not be refunded cheating actually you activated in online shown as Rs0.00 but when you call and activate we will charge Rs150.00 for IPL max hd channel.... I have already subscribed to SetMAx channel .. I thought it was an offer... as website shows through my account as Rs 0.00
( I have attached proof - their website link showing amount Rs0.00 for those channels through my account).... cheating ....
i want my money back into the account ...
