Dear Sir/madam

My Innova crysta KA04 –MU-9609 tyre got burst the rear right tyre messed up and had a damaged tyre now I was driving at 60 kms per hour
I Was travelling on Bangalore near electronic city road( hosur road ) along with my family on 12 th September with my grandmother ,grand pa,2 kids and with my wife and mother in-law .
I heard a sound in the rear wheel the driver side back wheel or rear tyres burst over it. Immediately noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right and stopped by the side. The tyres have gone flat as there is a small cut on the side walls. No damage to the alloy.

Very bad experience my wife nor the parents are happy
Buying such an expensive car like this, there is complete no safety for the customer ,passenger who is sitting inside
