my name is balaji s/o. v.ganesan residing at no.9/4, murugambedu main road kallikuppam, ambattur, chennai 53 my father purcahed a property comprised in s.no. 773/2A4 for an extent 900 sq.mtr from one narayanan it was an poramboke land. subsequently my father saled a portion of land to one lakshmanan. after sales of part of land i construted a hut surrounded with fencing stones in remaining land. while construction work was going on one person namely rajendran who came with rowdy and goondas persons tried to disturb our peaceful possession over the suit property. immediately i informed police through 100 calls then police came with force and asked me and rajendran to appear before sub inspector mr.rajesh then myself and rajendran appeared before sub inspector after a due enquiry rajendran insisting that he was working as a police, then S.I rajesh slightly changed his investigation and blamed me that the land belonged to the rajendran. on the very next day i went to police station and met S.I rajesh for asking about my compalint but rajesh simply said it was an land matter i cannot help you. Then i made an complaint before Deputy Commissioner of police at Avadi but till now i did not receive any call from D.C office.while so after a month i got call from ambattur police station for enquiry against me then i received the summons and appeared before the police station. On that day rajendran was not appeared before police station. i waited till 5.00 pm but complanit party was not appeared and i made an endorsement that i will surely appear before police station for enquiry. Today at 3.00 pm rajendran with the help of rowdy and goondas tried to encroach my suit property and then i called to police through 100 calls police came and then i was shocked to see that S.I rajesh , S.I perumal and 10 other police men were told rajendran to remove the hut. then we tried to explain that the land belongs to me but it went into deaf ears. But now S.I rajesh said us that the land belongs to police rajendarn, and he has right to remove the hut. Kindly register my complaint and make a due enqiry hence this complaint.
