Western Railway - Trains on Western Railway Mumbai Suburban Trains are delayed every day

I travel everyday by Western Railways Mumbai Suburban trains from Kandivali To Dadar.

Since more than a month the trains are very irregular and the travelling speed of the trains is not more than 20-30 kmph.

I have travelled through different times of the day and the situation is same everytime.

This results in train reaching the destination atleast 15-20 min. late.

The frequency of the trains is same as earlier (No new services included) however the travelling time has increased by 15 -20 minutes.

Can someone inform me the reason for the trains speed is reduced to 20 -30 kmph.

I don't know what western railway is doing in this; atleast give some update

I agree.... The speed has reduced drastically plus more frequent halts in between all stations. The other major concern being some groups singing loud bhajjans creating sn irritating atmosphere travellers especially students, old people.
