Hello Sir / Madam,

Tradus is a online store which doesn't even have a customer-care number. This is the 4th-5th issue from Tradus sellers regarding partial delivery. They write Qty as Two on the packet and inside Quantity is One... I ordered two sets of the product "Millionaire Formal Trousers Pack of 3 " amounting to Rs 1800 so I should have received six pants but when I opened the packet today I found just One set i.e. 3 pants worth Rs. 900, the order number is 11032797 and I can't even call Tradus as they don't have any phone number; it takes ages for them to reply by email. Please help me regarding this matter and also give a stern warning to Tradus for indulging in such cheating and forgery business... The Tradus seller's name is ILS... I tried to call the seller ILS on 1142811160 but nobody answered the call..
