I shopped for deodorants on 9th November and my order no. is 11457722_01 for which i paid using my credit card, though the order was confirmed and payment was accepted by TRADUS ,I did not received my product within promised time frame.Rather lately TRADUS mailed
me on 18th November that their supplier is unable to deliver me my purchased product. They also mentioned that i will be refunded. Since then i am not notified about how and when i will get my money refunded. I raised my concerns about my money through mail but did not got any response.
