I had ordered Sony DCR SR21E Video Camera on 25th August 2012. The company promised that the product will be delivered within three weeks, but has not yet been delivered. I contacted the customer support multiple times and every time I was answered that the complaint will be forwarded to the back-end department and update would be provided in 24/48 hrs. Finally disgusted with the response, I asked them to cancel the order and purchased the camera by cash directly in an electronic shop in Secunderabad.

The product has not yet been cancelled and the money paid through HDFC bank Credit Card is not yet refunded. I am paying the credit card interest for this transaction and now my card has got negative balance. I need my amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
