Had ordered 1 x Lenovo 2.0 Channel USB Speaker - M0520 (Black) online and made payment using internet banking on 19-03-2012.
I had raised complaint about non delivery of the ordered item on 02-04-2012. Waited for few more weeks and asked for money refund as the item was not delivered even after a month. Now I am waiting for the money refund from last one month and still the money has not been refunded . Now the customer care team has stopped responding to my queries also.
