I have booked plot in my mother's name on 2015 September for project TGS Saraswathi kanakpura Road and the possession date given by them was October 2016. From past 6 months I did not received any update from them. They have closed all their official websites, email addresses, offices and not reachable through phone. Only HSR layout 5th main office is open and did not receive any response from the employees. We are unable to reach the higher authorities and even the cheques issued by them to other customers on cancelation have been bounced. I request you to take required action as soon as possible and help us in sorting the problem.
