Way2SMS - Sms Not Delivered

from way2sms i send sms to new bsnl numbers (series9476) but the sms is not delivered.but other bsnl numbers and other provider number the send sms is instantly delivered
Complainant's Goal: Please do something so that the sens sms is instantly delivered

from the way2sms, i send sms to uninor numbers
(series7398) but the sms is not delivered and showing in my msg has been submitted successfully but i had not recived msg

from d way2sms,i il send msgs to my frnds..but my msgs r not delivered to docomo no. (series 8977)..bt its showing dat ur msg has been submitted successfully..wts d reason for it? n my msgs r nt gng to nly dat particular no.??
