On 29th July I met Miss. Rashee Chandra (+********6099) regarding this Job Portal services. I was assured first draft to be sent out by 8th Aug and by 10th Aug all services to be activated. I sent
numerous mails and text messages no response at all for couple of days to keep me posted on the status. First draft was sent out on 18th Aug against the breach of contract. I didnt get the service
committed in Naukri website" Mid Career Resume Development (3-8 yrs) in 10 Working Days" with in the specified timeline as promised. When I met & spoke to Miss. Rashee Chandra for the first time
she was very much confident and assured that DOD is 10th August11 & I would get a call last week but failed to do so. I would have been more happy if you would have called & kept me posted on
the progress and buyed some more time if required.... Isnt this against Breach of
Contract as I have NOT received the Service as promised by your executive till date and am I Not entitled for a compensate or additional services for the delay/inconvenience caused ?
I have paid full amount of Rs. 4000/= for all the features mentioned below:-

I have been sending multiple mails to Gurpreet Kaur
gurpreet.kaurnaukri.com, businessheadnaukri.com,Service Head
serviceheadnaukri.com & servicenaukri.com with reminder mails to
get this actioned on priority but I dont see any seriousness at all and
the Unprofessional/Lazy attitude of the employees shows pathetic

I never realized that Naukri.com has such a bad reputation & so many other Customer's like me have a similar concern posted on the blogs which is really appalling. I want complete Refund & compensate for all the inconvenience and unnecessary delayed caused by your Team. Also ensure necessary feedback/strict action is taken against the culprit. Can I get an email confirmation on the same & reverse amount into my account on priority.
