Naukri.com - I did not receive any service after making payment on online

Hi there,

I made a transaction with Naukri on the 1st of July for Naukri FastForward Services and Resume developement.

After I made the payment there was no service provided or any notification on when the service will be initiated. I sent out email enquiring about this on the 6th of July but no response or acknowledgement.

The first call I received was on the 14th of July randomly during my working hours without any prior notification. By then I already decided that I will not go ahead with the services since its been 2 weeks and already I lost my faith on Naukri. I called back at the customer service desk and spoke to someone who promised to resolve my issue and said that they wikll get back to me. Again for the next 2 days no response.

The absolute lack of communication and excuses that they tried to call me but could not reach me. This I consider to be a lie as I never received a voice mail or an email confirming that they will call me or could not reach me. The more I deal with this company the more disspointed I get.


Bottomline as per my last converstaion I learnt that they cannot refund my money and I will have to go ahead with their services even though they took me on a ride for nearly a month after I paid the money. I feel they are taking advantage of me and I feel cheated and exploited.

I m not sure how this works. Can you please advise on the next step.
