I had used Matrix sims for China. I was using an inbuilt data plan where I had some 1 GB free. When I got my bill I was charged for everything above 500kb. So when I called their customer service for correction in the bill, they took my complaint on priority and acted on a refunded immediately. I didn't have to be for fight for this refund. I would say Matrix sims are a good service to use. Atleast they act on errors properly unlike others.Â
