Good and empathetic customer services --- I had bought a matrix sim card to use in Thailand and the second day there lost my phone to the beaches. Anyways, I just had matrix’ customer id and no other means of communication. I immediately emailed them stating that the number be blocked since I had lost the phone. I didn’t know the number obviously who remembers a temporary complicated number. But with whatever minimum information I had, I shared with the team on the email and they reverted within an hour saying that they have blocked the number but I would be charged a small sim loss amount and that was it. For whatever minimum interaction that I had with these guys, I liked their immediate response time. So guys for whatever it was worth, thank you J
