First of all, I would like to thank you that at least somebody took the pain to revert after such a long time.

For your kind information I have received the document on 25/02/09 from the Chandigarh branch and returned it back to your officials immediately for cancellation. But your officials told me that free-look period is over by then without even receiving the document by me. Now, where are those 15 days you are talking about?? Your officials (Mr. Vikas and Mr. Rajesh Rana) simply refused to cooperate and told us that there is no IRDA regulation on 15 days free-look period in Reliance. Tell me where I am wrong and what would I have done in this case if your staff turns hostile.

Plz try to go through the details and agony we are facing. How can a person sign a deal wherein he is told bluntly that his 80% investment would go for allocation charges?? We are poor farmers and we could not have made a deal if we would have been told each and everything before signing. How can we let go Rs. 80000/- upfront in some other person\'s pocket if we would have been told it in advance. First, your representative betrayed us by projecting wrong things to us and thereafter your co. officials rejected our claims for cancellations. First, send any of your official at our place and let him observe our financial and home conditions. We feel like cheated of our hard-earned money and you people simply say that it can\'t be returned.

Further to our telephonic conversation with Mr Garib Singh, we wish to inform you that as per our records, the policy documents for the aforesaid policies were dispatched to you on January 17, 2009 and January 16, 2009 via Register Post Airwaybill Numbers 3034 and 2845 respectively.


We would like to inform you that any changes or cancellation of your policy can be made only during the ‘freelook’ period which is within 15 days of you receiving the policy document. I have been cheated by your co. professionals and due to their inaction and lack of apathy, there is no option in front of me than to write it to you directly. I am pursuing the matter for last almost three- months with your officials but nobody is paying any heed to my grievances. Dear All,

This is to bring to your notice that i have taken two policies from reliance life insuance co.I went to chandigarh Sec 8 branch to collect my policy on 25/02/09as they were not delivered at my home.I was came to know that my free-look period is already over without even receiving the policies.On seen the policies details,i immeditely inform your advisor that these are regular policies and the charges are very very high (80%).He assured me that my policies would get canceled.But till date nothing has happened.
Your advisor has clearly cheated me of my hard earned money.I request you to kindly refund my money at your earliest as we are poor agreculturiest ,we had already informed your advisor that due to our financial condition we would not be able to pay regular premiums still he give us regular pay policies.The advisor name is Ashish Ahuja(advisor code-20523939).Ashish visited me along with his SM Shalini Ahuja. She was said GALTI HO GAYI KYA KARE.after that i went to his boss mr. Rajesh Rana from chandigarh branch he is also not able to solve my problem . Please help me ................
