My Self Anuj Kumar Sharma I took a policyfrom Reliance life insurance Co. Ltd Policy no:-13442651, on the month of Nov./ Dec.2008. but i m not satified from Comany term & Conditions so i Cancel my policy in free-look preiod to company,i submitted my first witten request on 29/01/2009.but comany didnot cancel my policy reason they are saying the term & condition are not match from IRDA Guidelines.then i give again second time written request on 24/02/2009.but again comany decline my request,then i give again written request third times on 14/04/2009 this time company cancel my policy on 30 april 2008 or issue me a D.D. on 6th may 2008 but company not sent to me this D.D. They Say that they Deliver me D.D. throw Speed post Courieur Company on 12th May But till date i have not recieve any D.D. from reliance Company.I Call to Company many times but they always says some time that system is not working.i am very irrated from company side,i need my money but company not give to me from last 6th months (Dec. to Till Date) i requested to pls help me on my matter as soon as posssible. Compay Employee Mis-Behaviour & abusing to me of Noida Branch Sec-18 Name Ratan deep(Operation) & Amit Goyal (Terriorty Manager)
