I have ordered for Dermonu on 1+1 Offer on 04.12.2013 by SMS 'TEL DIR" to 575758 after watching the same in Discovery Tamil & the offer was confirmed by telecaller on 04.12.2013 through phone no: 022-40989500.

I received the COD pack (BP COD Article No: CQ200095556IN dt 17/01/2014) on 24/01/2014. On opening the pack, I was shocked to see only one pack of Dermonu inside without an additional offer pack of Dermonu.

The customer care number is always busy.

I hereby request Telebrands co. to send the Additional Offer pack of Dermonu immediately as per their offer.
