I had purchased FIXIT PRO via order reference no. 1770670. I received the same on 23 April 2010. via post ref no. R000005105. After using FIXIT PRO on my car, the scratched went for 2-3 hrs, but after that a black stain is shown at the same places where I applied it and still I can see the scractches. Instead of removing the scratches, it has spoiled my car. I need to have my money back as soon as possible.

I can show the black stains that have come on my car because of FIX IT PRO. This product is totally useless and instead of removing scratches, it has spoiled my car more.

After putting them an email, nobody bothered to reply. After that I tried calling them several times. Phone lines of customer care are always occupied.
Somehow I got connected, then they told that there is no money back guarantee also told me that I have not used the product properly. Whereas I have followed all the procedure to use the product but still there are stains coming on my car.
