Please assured me whether is it true or not ? My mobile no. is +********5439. If true, how can i claim for the prize ?

COMPLAINT
TO- CHEVRON OIL CORPORATION
Kindly note that on 10th may 2010 an SMS was sent to my mobile that my mobile No- ********26 won the prize of $ 1 million USD on 22nd may one Dr. Mr. Johnson Cook, Director claims of the same company confirmed me of winning prize. He sent one Mr. FRANK WAITER to india to contact me. For transferring the prize money from Bank to Bank through RBI foreign exchang remettance deperment . They cheated me by the tune of Rs 95,000/- INR as I believed them who impersonated your company`s name and LOGO . If possible kindly take action against those imposters to save the future victims . Solicit reply.
