This complaint is regarding travel from jamngar to mumbai with E-ticket

Details of the journey are : Date : 27/03/2011
Train num & name : SAU JANTA EXP 19018
PNR : ********14

I had booked E-ticket & so i need to carry 1 Photo Id Proof,
I had my originai ID card & pass issued by central railways, & copy of my driving license.
TTE from jamnagar checked this document & told ok to travel but some one from rajkot saying that he is from Squad team did not allow this documents & gave me threating to get down from train or charge a penalty

My journey fare was 370 Rs & i was charged penalty of Rs 580 Receipt num 8
This is unfair done to me, &
Whats the use of online booking service if passengers have to suffer from such penalties
