on 27/06/12 my husband ordered online a LG microwave oven model no 2149BB.the order number is 10279236.
till now we have not received the product and whenever we call their call centre office at..01353051500,the representatives gives us false and misleading information.
NOW since the last few days they are giving us a new misleading information that the status of the order is WAITING FOR SHIPMENT.
actually the customer service representatives do not have any clear or firm knowledge as to what is going on in their company.they have just been coached to give false and misleading information and get rid of customers.
in their website they have made a claim that they refund the payment if the product is not shipped but whenever we call them to cancel the order they just do not respond.
we are nomore interested in the product and just WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND GET THE REFUND.
