my gift sent by barclays bank on 15.02.10 vide ur awb 50001233004 was delivered to wrong person mr ramesh mob no.#********23 who has no link/relation with me. i\'m making compllaints at ur customer care since 19.02.10 but not getting any help. i\'m regularly in touch with ur officials mr dhruv(at cust care) @ with mr chandan(at ur noida off.) but still in vein.

Complainant's Goal: i want my gift & compensation for delay& non cooperation
