I had blocked my credit card no:433********15128 & 4334********334 both of barclays bank as soon as i received an sms for online transactions of Rs.25000/-, Rs.10000/- on first card & on 2nd card Rs.15000/-. Informed same time not clear the transactions as they are fraud. On 23/10/09 i faxed the dispute declaration form, mailed the scan copy of the dispute form on service@barclys.com, headservice@barclays.com, Grievanceredressal@barclays.com & creditcard.chargebacks@barclays.com. I also submitted the copy at there Worli branch. After few hours in evening i received an sms stating the transactions were successfully passed & would reflect in the statement. I got both card statement debiting to my credit card account all 3 transactions. I immediately called customer care number & was informed not worry & no payment has to be paid. After two days i got screen shot print out of the transactions. Then I received new statement debiting late fees & interest on it. I again called customer care for the same & informed them that it is printed on the statement that if the dispute for transaction is reported within 30 days of the statement then a temporary credit will be given to customer, but they are not ready to listen. I have been receiving calls from the recovery department different persons daily atleast 3 times in a day for making the payment & each an every time i am giving them the complaint number, but same kind of calls are still being received. Attending calls has become a head ache for me. The bank is ignoring there own rules. Please help me out of this problem.
