I have been using the app on playstore Meesho which has website www.meesho.com I started posting ads on this website they have taken Rs 3600 from the customer and have not transfered in my account, I have all the details regarding the transaction my mail I'd rizwanstorespune@gmail.com, Please help me I'm in serious trouble.

Complainant's Goal: I want return of my money and register app fraud

Hello,

This is about order ID : #2565533. I have been chasing to resolve this complain since last 40 days but still the solution is not provided. Everytime I call customer care ask me to wait for for 24 hrs., & its been 40 days now. Today too when I called I have been asked to wait for 24 hrs.
I would like to know if there is any TAT for complain? Is there any seniors who monitor complains??? This kind of pathetic service was never expected!!!

This is regarding the above mentioned order ID where 2 tops were booked for the exchange due to size issue. Customer has received one top on 18th April and she handed over both the tops to the pick up person as she was not aware that in the packet only one top is there.

After checking she informed me and till than I am doing regular followup with your customer support team for the delivery of another top but unfortunately still this issue is not resolved.

I have also share Pickup slip for the same.

Please review this issue and resolve the same on Top Priority as the customer is very upset due to this delay.

These is the fraud company i am the vendor providing them products for selling they hold my all payment from December all employees are irresponsible they are not pickup my phone from last 30 days near 1lakh 25000 rs thy had hold and responses also i am going to feel F.I.R against them in surat police station please if you are seller of them don't give them credit for single piece after orders they will returned all products and if you ask them why you returned they will stop pickup your phone call all your account they will block and all payment they will stop

I am also reseller here and the biggest problem is they provide any servuce to resellers and customer as well.

After booking and generating order they show message after 2 days that COD in this area is not available. And to make online payment is very pathetic and no one can trust them bcos not habing any telephonic support and service.

It is one of the most pathetic startup company in india.

Greetings the Day!!

The Advanced Society for the Differently Abled is a registered organisation and providing services to persons with disabilities since 2012 at Green Field Colony. Here i just wanted to share today's horrible incident that diver with 7 mentally and physically disabled students were returning to home from NGO and suddenly petrol get over near Corwn Plaza Okhla phase-II and driver went to nearest Indian Oil Petrol Pump to get petrol in to bottle. Petrol pump people did not gave in to the bottle even the requesting and saying that disabled students are suffering in to NGO cab. there were some students who need to reach home early as they use medicine on time but driver was disappointed and returned from the petrol pump. Even i know it good initiative taken by government but as per the need and urgent requirement there would have certain protocol for these kind of issue. After that one of our staff took petrol from Faridabad and went to Delhi.
This is to inform you that necessary action should taken.
Looking forward for noble cause reply as soon as possible.
