For all my photoshoots I've either bought a data card in the city of travel or landed up using my Indian number, billing crazy amounts. On my last trip to Vietnam, I used a matrix sim and paid a little extra for data packs. Must admit using this turned out to be anyday cheaper than billing on my Indian number. Good speed no issues plus their network for calls was also good. Must try.
