To my surprise Matrix sim card did what i couldn't have expected them to do :) I landed in UK and my sim wasn't working. And within no time of calling Rahul matrix sales guy, he said somebody from the local office would deliver a new sim with the same number. I sure did get my SIM card in 2 hours with an apology email for the inconvenience. I am truly thankful for keeping me connected.Â
