LG Electronics India - LG G2 phone heats up and noise comes during listing to music - Useless Warranty

With complete disappointment I am writing this email. I would like to share the list of events which took place;

First of all nobody from LG called me as you have mentioned in your email. When I tried to reach them from yesterday nobody picked the call.
I went to LG customer care Gulmohar Enclave, Kundanahalli gate, Marathalli post, (Land mark : Opposite lane of Sankara Eye hospital/ next to Golkunda Chimini Restaurant ) Bangalore-500037 On Saturday ( 09th March 2014).
Fist met this person called Manohar . I should tell that this guy doesn't know to handle a customer. With very bad attitude he asked me what is the problem with the phone and I said everything that phone gets heated up and other issues. Then he was very casual and he said that this issue is there in all the LG phones. Look at this LG service guy complaining about LG phones. I said this is not the way to speak and he repeatedly did the same and he asked me to check the phone by putting it in safe mode. Why does a customer has to check when the customer service guy is there. I asked him to call his manager and then he started to respond properly.
He took my mobile and said he will check and call me back by 4.00pm which he did and I went back
He said he has just re-installed the software and everything looks fine. He asked me to check and I said I cant check now because I need internet and few small games to check and will get back to him
I cam home and started using the phone in the factory reset condition and was still able to feel some heat.
I had taken backup before giving the phone for service so did the restore and started using it.
Problem still exists. Phone is getting heated up.
Called Mr. Tummala Kishore and explained him everything. He said Mr. Amit will get in touch with me.
Mr Amit promised that the service guy will get in touch with me once again.
Service guy Manohar called me and asked me to give the phone once again and said he will check
I went to service center and gave the phone at 9.00 am in the morning. He said he will update me by 4.00pm.
He called me at 4.00pm and said phone is behaving normally and nothing wrong with the phone and the heat generated from the phone is also normal. I was not in agreement with this guy and said I will speak to Amit.
I called Amit and said I dont agree with the service guy because the heat generated out of this phone is not normal and I cant agree.
I also asked Amit what in case the phone gets really heated up and its there anything that you can do to get the phone replaced with a new one. He said there is no concept of replacement and we will only repair the phone.
Look at this, Just 15 days since the phone was bought and they are telling me that there is no concept of replacement in India. Pathetic reply from the head of service guy.

Why would I give my phone to repair even if it gets heated up. Its a brand new one and they cant answer to the customers like this. This is why I feel even though the features are good in LG phone people are scared to buy it.

I will post the entire list of events in all the consumer forums and blogs and will make sure everyone notice this issue and people will be alerted before buying the LG products and their pathetic service of handling people.

What I want to finally tell is if they are not going to replace I will go to consumer court and handle this.

Now after Kitkat update there is continuous hissing sound when hearing songs through headphone. This has also been reported by many users.

I wont be satisfied untill i get a replacement unit.
