from the day the service of DMU trains (now replaced by memu), implemented by western railways, and have 4 tracks between virar and borivali, 9023 firozpur janta express is hanged at virar and at kelva stations. and preference is given to memu trains.- from virar unless memu train is not left till than 9023 train is hanged at virar station. also railway has spend crore of rupees for making new platforms at borivali, eventhough all mail trains are hanged before borivali station & that too for min.40 mins, passengers are made handicapped to count local trains passing by. almost 3 to 4 years have passed but our engineers, technician, contollers have failed to maintain discipline of express trains. since last 4 yrs, everyday 9023 train is halting at virar station for atleast 20mins. and again it is halted at kelwa station to pass jammutawi, also almost all mail trains are hanged outside borivali stations for hours even they had extra platform6 & 6a, it proves illiteracy of our engineers/technician/controller, which is making lakhs of commuters angry and leading them for agitations. western railway has no value of the express trains and the passenger travelling therein. 161 dahanu -mumbaicentral shuttle leaving palghar station at 7.35pm reaches borivali only after 9.30pm, that train is hanged outside borivali for more than 40 min, passenger literally jumps out to catch locals halting on signal near dahisar flyover bridge, all the above is against the human rights.
i request to commercial manager of indian railway to look into the matter and solve the problems of commuters doing up-down by express and shuttle trains
