Central Railway - I am not happy with the attitued of the Railway Officers.

My PNR NO: 220- 2270075, confirm Ticket from Khandwa to Secunderbad, Train no:0779A, Date of Journey 20-02-2010, Train depature time 20:10, We reached the station at 19.30(7.30 PM) and understood from the Station Master that the train had already left at 19.15. I do not understand how can the Train leave the station before time, when asked the on duty SS said it had come before time, & in next 10-15 minutes we where around 25 people in the SS office, the on duty officer could sense the Blunder mistake and could smell his job at risk. So he said that the train was stoped at next station NEPA NAGAR, and asked all of us to board the Goods Train which was going to the same route, without giving us time to make any complaint at that point. By the time we reached Nepa Nagar station the SS there said to take the passangers to Raver the next station, the train was stopped there, but when we reached Raver, the SS said the train had left long back & was in Bhusaval & asked all of us to get down and take a fast train coming from Khandwa & going towards Bhusaval train No: 2138UP, when we reached Bhusaval non of the officer was ready to talk on this issue and asked us to take a Ticket & proceed further. At night 23.45 (11.45pm) with my family i had to take other route to reach Secunderabad and was forced to travel in a General Compartmet. Because of the mistake of the Railway Employees whom we call Officers i was forced to see myself in HELL. I do not know where shall I go & direct action will be taken on the Employess involved in this issue. When asked for refund at Bhusaval they said we have to claim in Secunderabad only. After reaching went the station to claim the refund they are asking for a written letter from Khandawa or Bhusaval Station master. This is nothing but making the Passangers fool. Can i sue a case against the Department?

I support this complaint.you should involve media in this issue and also filed a complaint in Consumer court and take compensation.
